Terms and Conditions

1. Object and Scope
These terms govern the use of the website www.momvillage.ch and participation in the activities (workshops, events, memberships) organized by MomVillage.

By registering, you accept these terms and conditions.
 

2. Membership and Registration

1. Membership is personal and non-transferable.

2. By registering, you guarantee that the information provided is accurate.

3. MomVillage reserves the right to admit or dismiss members who do not respect the community’s code of conduct (respect, privacy, and mutual support).
    

3. Payments and Cancellations

Payments: All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF). Payment must be made at the time of registration or as otherwise agreed.

Cancellations by the User:

Cancellations more than 72 hours in advance: Full refund (minus platform management fees, if applicable).

Cancellations between 24 and 72 hours: 50% refund or credit for a future event.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows: No refund will be issued.

 

Cancellations by MomVillage: If an event is canceled due to lack of quorum or facilitator illness, an alternative date or a full refund will be offered.
 

4. Liability and Health (Disclaimer)
Physical Activity/Well-being: Self-care or exercise workshops are for guidance purposes.

Each mother is responsible for consulting her physician (gynecologist or pediatrician) before participating if she has doubts about her health or that of her baby.

Safety: During in-person events, mothers are responsible at all times for the safety and supervision of their children. MomVillage is not liable for accidental injuries.

5. Code of Conduct and Group Privacy To maintain a safe space:

It is strictly prohibited to share private information or photos of other mothers/babies outside of the MomVillage environment without explicit consent.

Spam or aggressive selling of products external to the community is not permitted without prior authorization.

 

6. Image Rights
Occasionally, we will take photos or videos of events for our social media/website. If you do not wish to appear, please inform us in writing before the event.
 

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
hese terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the court corresponding to MomVillage's registered address in the Canton of Zurich.
