Through gentle yoga, we accompany you in reconnecting with your body in a progressive and conscious way. We work through biomechanics so you can understand how to move better, how to protect your back, your pelvic floor, and your posture in daily actions like carrying and babywearing.

Dance takes us one step further. It allows us to release accumulated tension, express emotions that often have no words, and reconnect with our creativity and vital energy.
