Registration and Refund Policy
 

At MomVillage, we value commitment and the creation of a safe space. We understand that life with children is unpredictable, so we seek a fair balance for everyone:

Event and Workshop Cancellations:

• Cancellations with more than 72 hours' notice: Full refund (minus platform processing fees, if applicable).

• Cancellations between 24 and 72 hours' notice: 50% refund or credit for a future event.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows: No refund will be provided.

• Last-minute cancellations: Since spots are limited and materials are prepared in advance, cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your spot to another mother if you wish.

Cancellations by the Organization:

If the meeting must be suspended due to force majeure (unforeseen circumstances), an alternative date or a full refund will be offered.

Special Cases:

If a medical emergency arises, please write to us, and we will look for a personalized solution.

 

Module Registration and Refund Policy (10 Sessions)

To ensure the sustainability of MomVillage and group cohesion, the following conditions apply:

• Full Module Cancellation: You may request a 100% refund for the module up to 7 days before the first session. If you cancel between 7 days and 48 hours before the start, a 50% refund will be given, or a future credit will be issued.

• Module Already Started: Once the first session has begun, no full or partial refunds will be made. The spot is personal and non-transferable once the group has started its bonding process.

• Missed Sessions: Individual sessions that are not attended will not be refunded. The sustainability of the project depends on everyone's commitment to the full cycle.

• Force Majeure: In exceptional cases (such as a prolonged medical emergency), we will evaluate the possibility of "freezing" your spot for the next cycle of sessions.
